Beyond consulting, Pono Development Group is where I put years of building knowledge to work as an owner: real estate acquisitions, my investment in Pinehurst vacation property, and rental properties. Every project benefits from the same lens I bring to client work — knowing how buildings are put together, what they cost, and where the risks hide.
The focus: acquiring and managing income property, stewarding the Pinehurst property, and handling real estate transactions with the same rigor I demand on a construction site.

Pinehurst, North Carolina — my investment in the Cottages at Pinehurst National, a deeded-ownership cottage inside the gated National Golf Club community, home of Pinehurst No. 9 (the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in the Sandhills). Ownership includes membership privileges at all nine Pinehurst Country Club courses while in residence. Equal parts investment property and family vacation spot — golf in the morning, porch in the evening.
